Recreational Space

Well every man knows that sometimes he just needs HIS space.  He may have his trophy mounts, his fishing gear, the oversize pool table, or even a poker table that he may want to set up, but just doesn't have the space to do so (or mamma wont let him).  Well, a new idea and one that is becoming quickly popular is to rent out a storage unit for a man cave.  This allows men to have the freedom to do what they have been wanting to do for years, and women have the luxury of not having the things they don't want in their house, while still knowing where to find their husbands.

It's strange to think that marital bliss can come from renting out a dis-connected garage of sorts, but it really can be an answer to a number of storage, tailgating, and guy-nights.  People have start placing poker tables in units lit by battery powered halogen lights and have even brought smokers to prepare for game day.

Men, if you want the space and freedom to hang that oversize elk mount that stares down on you while playing holdem',

or

Ladies, if you want to surprise your husband with a place to spend time with the guys, then maybe you all should come to Star Storage in Grandview, Mo and rent a MAN CAVE space from us.  Plus, we will give you a free month of rent right off the bat to see if you like it.

  1. The self storage products are beneficial to a lot of companies. Self storage devices should really be areas under high security locations. There are plenty of self storage spaces available for protection of these products.

  2. Right on! A man cave is what we guys need, don’t we? A couple of my buddies had the same idea, and we started owning our freedom by having our very own space. Just the thing for Poker night and Sunday barbeques. Our storage unit has just served us in so many ways. By doing so, I gave my wife her extra space at home for her countless personal possessions, and I now have the perfect spot to keep all my sports memorabilia.

  3. What a great way to store your stuff without hassle! This can also promote bonding for everyone who avails this space. They can share ideas, insights, and everything that involves storage and the like. This is also ideal for busy people who find it hard to determine where to put their belongings.

Storage facilities are very important because companies need their service in order for them to take care their facilities well.

  7. A cousin of mine is being pretty stubborn. I told her to throw all of the stuff away that she didn't need anymore, but she won't do it. The guys at AAA Summit Storage can help her with extra storage.

  8. I have been wondering what the difference between self storage units and non-self storage unit was. Do you know? I always thought that they were the same. In fact, I think storage unit is short for self storage.

  9. Wow, what a fun idea! I've heard of "man caves" for tailgating and hanging out, but I never thought of using a storage unit for this kind of thing. Are storage companies okay if customers do this? If there is ample parking space I could see this being fine, but what if the party gets in the way of other storage units? Anyway, my husband is a big football fan--we will have to try this when we throw a party. Edith | http://www.spacebank.net/self-storage-pasadena.htm

  10. This is actually a really interesting idea. I had never considered converting a storage unit into a type of hangout spot. It would probably be a good idea to check if it is okay with the company that owns the storage units before going through with it though. Other than that, I can see it being a pretty good man-cave, as long as you have a way to power whatever electronics you have in there.

  11. I wouldn't have thought to rent a storage unit and turn it into a hangout place. My husband has been complaining lately that he doesn't have his own "man cave" to relax in. Maybe I could suggest he do something like this so he doesn't take up space in the house that we could use for other things.

  12. That is such a great idea! I have never thought to make a man cave out of a storage unit. I hear of making a man cave at home and taking the storage stuff to the unit. I may have to look at making a man cave away from home in our unit instead of having it at home where the children can break in.

  13. I've been trying to decide whether or not self storage is best for me. After reading this article, I think it is. I will have to think about it more though, just so I make the right decision. http://greenhorizonstorage.com

  14. I wasn't aware that people use self storage for recreational purposes. I think that is a great idea! I'll have to run that idea by my wife and she if she goes along with it.

  15. Having a storage unit has helped me so much. I used to hate moving all of my stuff, but now I keep stuff that I don't need in a storage unit. How long can I keep a storage unit?

  16. I am way excited to put a lot of things into my self storage unit. It will be fun to have more space in our basement. I think I might actually put a basketball court down there. http://bigbluesouthside.com.au

  17. Wow this is awesome! It is like a super man cave! I have a bunch of tools and wood to make projects I think of. This would be perfect to store them all in. Our garage is getting a bit crowded so this would be great to have.

  18. This makes me really want to get a storage unit for all of my stuff. I have so much stuff and it has been a toss up between selling everything and putting everything in storage. I don't have all the room in the world, but a storage unit would be nice to have for some of the bulky items I have.

  19. Renting a storage unit to store equipment for hobbies seems really handy. I would really like to get a new pool table, but I have a bunch of golf and scuba gear in my basement that are in the way. I don't really need that stuff until summer, so it would be nice to be able to put all of that stuff in storage so that I can have a pool table to use over the winter.

  20. I had no idea that you could rent one of these out and essentially make a man cave out of it. I suppose the rules of each company are different. That is a really great idea, so long as it is according to polycyclic. I think I will consider this.

  22. Hi friends, I need some suggestions, actually my friend just need to put his house stuff in a self storage in willowbank, because he is renovating his house. But he is not able to find any secure place. Please recommend a good one over there.

  23. Everyone needs space to keep his private things safely in his own ways. Even I used services of storage in Balcatta providers many times for storing unused goods. Really their services are good and they provide more than enough space for storing items in affordable prices!

  25. My parents recently passed away. There home is going to be put up for sale and I need to store all their things somewhere. I think getting a few units would be a good idea so that I can look through it all when I have the time. http://www.hollywoodselfstorageaugusta.com/todays-specials/

  26. This is great to see that someone else has a space like mine. I have a storage unit with some friends and it is our hangout spot. That's where we keep all of the things that our wives won't let us have in the house. We visit the units almost every week and we have a great time just hanging out by ourselves.

  27. I do admit, I think that the storage unit turned man cave would be a pretty cool idea. They are pretty secure, so you wouldn't have to worry about anyone getting in there without your permission. I didn't know that you could do this with a storage unit. It would be fun to do this sometime with my friends. http://www.crystallakestorageunits.com

  28. I find myself having to use a nearby storage facility after Christmas each year. As I start playing with new christmas gifts I need a place to store them before I decide whether I want to keep them or not. If there weren't any storage units in the area, then I know I'd drive my wife crazy by just leaving things in either the front or back yard. http://www.diazsuperstorage.com

  29. I love this picture because it is what drives me to having a man cave of my own. I love having that little storage unit because I get to keep all of my fun stuff there. My wife won't let me keep most of my collectables at the house, so I have to resort to an offsite man cave. I am okay with it because I get to have my peace and quiet when I come here
